GENERAL’S VISIT TO GUARDIAN ANGELS’ SCHOOL

Superior General ,OCD Carmelites ,Very .Rev.Dr.Saverio Cannistra as well as General Definitors visited Guardian Angels’ School on 14th February ,2019.His Definitors included Vicar General ,Rev.Dr. Agusti Borrel, Fr.Lucasz Kansy ,Fr.Johannes Gorantla ,Fr. Daniel Chowning ,Fr.Javier Mena ,Fr.Mariano Agruda ,Fr.Daniel Ehigie .A majestic reception was arranged for the esteemed guests by the members of Guardian Angels’ Family at Carmel Hall. It was a poignant occasion as well as a historical moment for all the members of Guardian Angels’ Family as such official visit by the Superior General with his entire team occurs only once in a century. A spectacular reception program including welcome dance ,a magnificent depiction of Kerala Flood through a mesmerising mime performance and a cultural dance highlighting all the traditional art form of Kerala were performed by the students to entertain the Superior General as well as the General Definitors .The colourful eye catching events made the Superior General as well as the Definitors spell bound. Superior General ,OCD Carmelites ,Very .Rev.Dr.Saverio Cannistra ,extended his gratitude towards the Provincial as well as Chairman of the schools ,Very. Rev. Dr.Augustin Mulloor OCD as well as towards the Principal & the entire staff of school for arranging a grand reception for them. Provincial honoured the Superior General as well as the Definitors by handing over mementoes to them as a mark of love and respect towards them. Though it lasted only for an hour, the memory of the day will cherish in our heart and mind forever .
