CONGRATULATIONS

Rev. Fr. Provincial Augustine Mulloor OCD has won the prestigious KCBC Media Commission’s Vyjnanika Award 2017 for his philosophical and intellectual contributions. The media awards have been instituted by KCBC Media Commission to acknowledge and honour the talented catholic dignitaries in various media fields of arts, literature, culture and philosophy. The media award winners are decided by a panel of experts in consultation with the Commission Chairman and the POC Director. The awards are given under various titles such as Sahithya Award, Media Award, Yuva – Prathibha Award, Guru Pooja Puraskar, Samskriti Puraskar and Vyjnanika Award. The Vyjnanika Award 2017 given to Rev. Fr. Provincial is indeed a great recognition of Kerala Catholic Church for his unparalleled intellectual and pastoral contributions to the church. It is in fact an auspicious moment of joy for Manjummel Province. The award will be presented at the Media Day Celebration to be organised at POC, Palarivattom on July 15.
